Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with all tags and documentation intact. Items must not have been worn, altered, or damaged.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us within the return period. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Returns must be shipped using a trackable method.
Condition Requirements
Returned items must be in the same condition as when received:
- All original tags and labels must be attached
- Items must not show signs of wear or use
- Original packaging and documentation should be included when possible
- Items must not have been altered or modified in any way
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received in a condition that differs from the description provided. In such cases, we will cover return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn or used
- Items that have been altered or modified
- Items returned after the 14-day return period
- Items returned without original tags or documentation
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
